C'è qualcuno che mi sa spiegare questa legge dei campi magnetici?

Su internet si trovano un pacco di formulone ma nulla di chiaro e comprensibie.

Non devo costruire niente...devo spiegarla dal punto di vista puramente teorico a dei ragazzi che hanno preso il debito in questa materia....
