...finalmente dopo una lunga serie di casini ...sono riuscita a capire come si fà ad inserire una foto ....vediamo un po cosa salta fuori...

devi scrivere l'indirizzo dove sta l'immagine che vuoi postare tra i due tag [ img ] e [ /img ] senza però gli spazi all'interno delle parentesi quadre.
Per esempio per vedere la mia sing ho scritto in questo modo:
[ img ]http://zinimax.supereva.it.maxmr2.jpg[ /img ]
(ho messo gli spazi tra le parentesi quadre altrimenti avresti visto l'immagine e non come è scritto il tag...)

Ehi Wendy, bella rossa, ma non ti allargare adesso .... chiedi invece a Kapovolto come si fa a sistemare un'immagine nella "firma", se è questo che intendi fare.
