Hi all our Italian friends,
Long time we've seen each other, I believe it was 2004.
Reason for posting this topic is our plan for spring 2011. We are thinking of riding the Mille Miglia. Not the race, but just for ourselves. Do you have any tips for us?
Has anybody of you guys driven it before?

HI.....
Long time....in Piacenza!!! we remember you!
Every year we follow the ride Mille Miglia, somebody from rome to bologna, somebody from Barberino del Mugello to Modena... is very funny, there are a lot of supercars....you can drive fast and the ride is fantastic, many people on street.....we raccomand to you.
How many day you can stay in Italy?

Hi Marco,
Yes, long time not seen.. We still have good memories from the Piacenca meeting (still got that T-shirt and caps!! ). That's why we decided to come over to Italy again next year. We love your country and the environment.
We are not riding the official race (11 - 15 May), but at the end of May. Do you have tips? Are there enough hotels available? Do we need to book hotels up front? We prefer agritourismo because we would like to meet The Italians in there usual and personal habitat.
